Ann Marie Kennedy

Ann Kennedy, 67, of Sterling died Monday July 22, 2024 at CGH Medical Center. Ann was born January 26, 1957 the daughter of Louis and Lois (Baer) Ukena. She married Tony Kennedy on September 1, 1979 in Rock Falls. He preceded her in death in 1999.

Ann and her husband Tony moved to the Fort Worth TX area after their wedding, where they lived for 20 years until Tony passed away. Ann then came back to Sterling where she resided.

Survivors include two sons Andrew Kennedy, and Jonathan (Jennifer) Kennedy; one brother Ron Ukena; one sister Cindy (Randy) McCune; two grandchildren Corbin Kennedy and Chloe Kennedy; several nieces and nephews.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; one and brother John Ukena.

Funeral services will be 11AM Tuesday July 30, 2024 at Schilling Funeral Home in Sterling, with Makayla Dahleen of St. Paul Lutheran Church, officiating. Visitation will be the same day from 10AM-11AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place immediately following at East Genessee Cemetery in Coleta.
