GUIDO PERNA ROCK FALLS- Guido Perna, 60, of Rock Falls, died, Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at CGH Medical Center. He was owner and operator of Perna’s Pizza, Rock Falls. Guido was born August 3, 1957 in Sterling, the son of Angelino and Fedora (Dati) Perna. Survivors include his fiance, Rebecca Johnson of Rock Falls; four daughters, Sierra (Douglas) Harms of Prophetstown, Angela (Bryan Jones) Perna and Melissa Rivera, both of Rock Falls and Kristi (Jesse) Arjes of Dixon; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Delio Perna. Mass of the Christian Burial will be 10AM Friday, April 6, 2018 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, with Reverend Richard Russo, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Sterling. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM Thursday, April 5, 2018, with rosary being recited at 7:45 PM, at the Schilling Funeral Home and Cremation, Sterling. A memorial has been established.
