Mary Donoho, 86 of Sterling died Friday May 16, 2025 at Rock River Hospice & Home in Sterling. Mary was born June 20, 1938 in Sterling the daughter of Vincent and Ethel (Giddings) Talkowski.
Survivors include one daughter Roxanne (Rick) Powers; two sons Archie (Irene) Donoho, Randy (Kelly) Donoho; grandchildren Missy (Dan Cornelius) Powers, Matt (Jessica) Powers, Brandon (Jana) Donoho, Amber Donoho, Cory Donoho, Joseph (Meagan) Donoho, Josh (Katelyn) Donoho, Cody (Alicia) Donoho, and Austin (Danica) Donoho; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Vincent Talkowski; and one sister Rose.
Cremation rites have been entrusted to Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation, a gathering of family will take place at a later date.
A special thanks to all the caring staff at OSF Dixon Health Care, and Rock River Hospice & Home.
