Ronald G. Lenhart, 90 of Sterling died Sunday June 28, 2026. Ronald was born April 9, 1936 in Sterling the son of Clayton and Ruby (Bott) Lenhart. He married Nancy Gronis on November 12, 1961 in Sterling.

   Ron enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, tending to details on the farm, and spending time with his family.

   Survivors include his wife Nancy; one son Jeff (Barbara) Lenhart; two daughters Lisa Lollar, and Julie (Sheldon) Zulauf; eight grandchildren Heather, Kelly, Jacob, Paul, Jack, Blake, Shea, and Bryce; two step-grandchildren Ethan and Mariah; two great-grand-daughters Annabelle, and Charlotte; six step-great-grandchildren Ezekiel, Annabelle, Abigail, Josiah, Gabriella and Andre.

   Ronald was preceded in death by his parents.

   Funeral services will be 11AM Thursday July 2, 2026 at Schilling Funeral Home in Sterling, with pastor Brady Robinson of Christ Church, officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral, from 10AM-11AM. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Sterling following the funeral.

   A memorial has been established to Christ Church.
