Samantha Sue Skinner, 40, of Rock Falls and formerly of San Antonio TX passed away Thursday April 30, 2026 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling, IL. Samantha was born November 20, 1985 in Sterling the daughter of Gerald and Kathy (Purvis) Skinner.

Samantha enjoyed traveling, living her best life and most of all loved her family.

Survivors include one sister Kerri (Jason) Dobyns of Rock Falls; two nieces Madison Dobyns and Macey Dobyns; one nephew Eric Dobyns; several Aunts, Uncles and numerous cousins from the surrounding area.

Samantha was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service will take place 11AM Tuesday May 5th, 2026 at Harvest Time Bible Church in Rock Falls, with Dalmus Meeks officiating.

A Memorial has been established.
