Lloyd Sisson

STERLING-Lloyd K. “Sonny” Sisson, Jr., 86, of Sterling, died Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Citadel of Sterling. Sonny was born December 5, 1934 in Sterling, the son of Lloyd K. and Ella Cordilla (Willman) Sisson, Sr. He married Margie B. Cowser on November 13, 1954 in Sterling. He was a member of Harvest Time Bible Church, Rock Falls. Survivors include his wife, Margie of Sterling; two daughters, Jill (Gary) Randall and Kathy (Joe) Shearer, both of Sterling; one son Kenneth (Denise) Sisson of Sterling; one sister, Sandy (Wilson) Ackland of Rock Falls; one brother, Donald Lee(Carol) Sisson of Sterling; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Ron Lage; three sisters, Pat Wyckstandt, Mary Lou Pratt and Betty Gomez and two brothers, Richard M and Tom J. Sisson.
