Theresa Cantu

Theresa Cantu, 66 of Rock Falls died Monday August 4, 2025 at home. Theresa was born January 23, 1959 in Sterling the daughter of Alejandro and Irma Maria (Sandoval) Cantu. She married Roberto Barron December 15, 2023 in Sterling.

Survivors include her husband Roberto Barron; one son Roberto Barron Jr.; one daughter Rebecca Barron; four brothers Alejandro Cantu Jr., Ruben Cantu, Noe Cantu, and Bulmaro (Olaga) Cantu; four sisters Evangelina Cantu, Velma Cantu, SanJuanito Cantu, and Ermelinda Cantu; two grandsons Taye Mekhi, and Jude Michael Barron; two great grandchildren Ezrah Barron, and Anya Barron.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents Alejandro (Irma Maria) Cantu.

Cremation rites have been entrusted to Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation. Burial will take place at a later date in Calvary Cemetery.
