Theresa M. Farrington, 75, of Rock Falls died Sunday May 3, 2026 at CGH Medical Center in Sterling. Theresa was born November 28, 1950 the daughter of George and Eveln (Young) Bannick.

Survivors include one son James (Stacey) Farrington; one daughter Tara (Wayne) Abercrombie; one sister Sandy Farrington; one daughter in-law- Maria (Pete) Talley; grandchildren Dalton Dennison-Farrington, Drake Dennison-Farrington, Ciana Farrington, Yasmine Ramirez, Maurice Delacruz, Remi Delacruz, patient Talley, Jaxon Abercrombie, and Jacob Abercrombie.

Thersesa was preceded in death by her parents; one son Wayne Farrington; one brother Lonnie Bannick; two sisters Linda Collin, and Shirley Brant.

Cremation rites have been entrusted to Schilling Funeral Home & Cremation in Sterling, IL.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
