Obituary of Shawn Keane

Shawn K. Keane, 46, of Dixon, died Saturday, March 16, 2024.

   Shawn was born November 23, 1977 in St. Charles, the son of Dennis Keane and Debra Beschen. 

   Shawn will be remembered for his work with kids in Sterling wrestling and football programs. He was a proud member of Midwest Mulisha S/C for 8 years, and prior to that he was involved with ABATE who support the rights of Motorcyclists. 

   Survivors include his parents, Dennis Keane and Debra (Joe) Beschen; his significant other, Nicole Huggins; three daughters, Alissa Willis, Jasmine McCardle and Abbi Keane; two sons, Blake Keane and Skyler Keane; three sisters, Fran Danser, Kit (Jim Simons) Keane and Christi (Matt) Jaeger; two brothers Jason (Teresa) Keane, and Gregory (Amy) Keane.

   He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

   There will be a Celebration of Life at noon on April 20th, 2024 at the Midwest Mulisha S/C Clubhouse located at 1216 West 5th Street in Sterling, IL

   A memorial has been established.
